Citadines Dpulze Cyberjaya Hotel

Honestly nothing

Everything was bad, bad wifi, very bad smell, bad breakfast bad location, even the water bottle not available !

I like the location of this property. Very very convenient

Found bugs in the room. Toilets are smelly for some reason. Not very hygenic

Overall it is satisfactory.

The parking areas in 1F a bit dark…I accidentally scratched my side mirror while reversing.Would appreciate if the hotel has more choices for breakfast.

Great space if you are in town for work or visiting nearby places. Spacious, lots of natural light. Not so much if you want to spend time with kids, because there isn't a pool available. However, the excellent location inside a mall makes accessing meals easy.

The room could be better prepared or cleaned before the guest's arrival. The areas underneath the study were dusty, and ants were crawling in the kitchen. However, the housekeeping staff acted promptly and took care of my request to clean everything.

Convenient for shopping n food.

Toilet must at all time clean. Water flusk for boiling. And curtimust be vacuum...too dusty

Location convenient for our purpose.

Attidude of the front desk, ammenities in the room, cleanliness.

clean room, we did not realise we was in the Dpuzle mall so lots of shops and restaurants very close by.

No water in the room, we did not realise the water machine was at the end of the corridor until the end of our stay. Water bottles being in the room would of been nice.

Location only

Extremely Bad smell, dirty/unclean. Staff unfriendly

The room is comfortable, and it has a kitchenette, which is good for a family of three to enjoy their dinner. The location is excellent because the hotel is attached to the shopping mall.

I think the front counter staff should show a more pleasant attitude when dealing with customers. I'm sure they have a good heart and no intention to show themselves that way, but retraining is necessary.

Frist times stay at dpluze citadines the staff very friendly easy check in check out an the studio apartment every thing was perfect an the aircond was cool will come back second times to stay.

Room:-Lino floor and carpet were dusty-Floor tiles not properly cleaned, esp gaps betw the tiles-Debris found in corners - hair, crumbs.-Presence of worm/insect (see pictures)Cooking Area:-Induction stove and wall not thoroughly cleaned - cooking splash stainsCutlery/Utensils:-Not washed properly - oil stains, finger prints (see pictures)Fridge:-Shelves with stains fr previous usersCurtains/Window:-Blackout curtains riddled with holes.-Window glass not wiped - had oily handprints and smudges.Bathroom:-Hand towels not provided-Toilet roll - used, no spare includedCupboards/Shelves/Drawers:-ALL DUSTY!!!Laundry Room (Level 8):-Crusted detergent trays (see pictures)-Does not inspire confidence in terms of hygieneI bring extra cleaning items and do a round of general cleaning when I check in.I suggest management conduct random and frequent checks to assess the level of cleanliness in each unit and adjust the SOPs accordingly.

The location is very strategic — just step down and you have direct access to the mall, making it highly convenient for shopping, dining, and leisure.

Unfortunately, the room condition was unsatisfactory. The bathroom was not properly cleaned, with hair scattered around, and surprisingly, even inside the fridge. The toilet bowl was stained yellow, which gave a very unpleasant impression.Additionally, there were no complimentary mineral water bottles provided, and the soap seemed diluted, as though it had been mixed with water.I hope the management can take this matter seriously and improve housekeeping standards to ensure better guest experience in the future.

The rooms are very clean and comfortable Staff are very helpful and friendly

The bad small I think from the drainage make unpleasant during the stay from room 328

I had a wondetful experience! The staff were very generous and helpful. The room was clean and had great internet.

Room, amenities were okay but the room was smelly. Location, the location of the hotel is very good. Breakfast, N/A

Reception treatment

Staff very polite especially Mr Mat. He is very accommodating and always smile. We will come back soon.

A hotel room with kitchenette and complete with all the necessary essential items you need for whatever business you look forward to. The extra 2 pillows they kept in the clothing cabinet was enough for me to rate this hotel as exceptional. I never encountered other hotels that do this.

Location, clean, comfortable and staff

Price a little bit higher than the average

Located next to mall

Breakfast not in restaurant…instead meal was sent to room with limited choice…

The staff, the lobby environment, the coffee machine, the swimming pool, the carpet in the room

The toilet bowl was not clean enough, hot water wasn't hot enough, air con humid and sometimes hot.
